Terms of Service

1. Service

SpeedUpMyWP ("we", "us") provides a WooCommerce performance auditing tool at app.speedupmywp.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide a valid email address. Accounts are for individual use; do not share credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only connect WooCommerce sites you own or have explicit permission to audit. You must not use the service to audit sites without authorisation, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or circumvent rate limits.

4. Plugin Installation

The SpeedUpMyWP plugin you install on your site communicates with our server to run audits and apply optimisations. You grant us permission to read performance data from your site and write approved optimisation settings. We do not access or store your customers' personal data.

5. Beta Service

This service is currently in beta. It is provided free of charge during the beta period. We may change features, pricing, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Data

We store your email address, your site URL, and performance audit data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hi@speedupmywp.com. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
